Worst service no connectivity

Worst service. Router was delivered 11 November or 14th November and ever since no wifi. i called the contact centre and they are telling me MTN is the service provider and they have not activated it. I dont care!!! Please fetch your router and refund our money. This is poor service and i am not willing to negotiate!!!! I was with rain and you must catch tips from them they are 9/10 better , You are 0.2/10 .
