Been without a fiber line for a month now after according to them we were in Arrears however when provided with POP for every month we actually weren’t but then decided to charge us an entire months fees for late payment. They demanded I pay twice this month yet we’re without a fiber line for the entire month. Multiple calls and asking for a technician to come out still nothing. They are the slowest line with the worst service will never recommend.
