WORST SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!

This is a new low for me in South Africa. Their service standards are shocking for a corporate. I get better service from a home run business. The automated voice system is an excuse because it either doesn't recognize the keypad inputs or the information given does not match their verification process despite it being the correct info. No option to speak to a consultant no matter how urgent the matter. Sending them an email from mweb to mweb has also been a waste of time and fruitless. If you looking for an ISP that can give you relatively good service give this one a miss. They dont deserve the business and this comes from someone who has been with them since they started up.
