Worst service in history!!!!!!!!

Wish it was possible to give zero stars. Mweb has been shocking from the start. I tried to join them and then they told me they would be unable to get my fibre set up until 19 days later. I then cancelled my order within 7 days and before I received any hardware or services from them. Now they are trying to charge me R1750 cancelation fee even though I was never informed of this. I have tried to contact them on every platform possible and still no response and they refuse to release the fibre line. It is impossible to work with them and they do not abide by the Consumer Protection Act. The company should be closed once and for all.
