Worst service i have ever received

We asked for wifi to be set up at our home at the end of December as we were moving into a new place. I asked them to do it before the 4th of January as i work from home on the internet everyday. The sales team promised us that they would do it, It still hasn't been done. Each time i call i get passed from one department to the next and get given an excuse to why it hasn't been done and they will do it. I spent more than 2 hours on the phone getting tossed from one department to the next and when i asked to speak to the manager i got sent to yet another department!!! Pathetic service. I suggest one of your managers call me or i wall cancel all the contracts i have with you.
