Worst service I have ever had

<p>I app**** for a fiber line with Mweband was informed fiber was available in my area. The sales consultant was helpful and everything went well. I was informed I would have the fiber within 4 weeks at worst, this was in April. After a few weeks I had to follow up as the order had not be completed and I was informed that it was a mistake and that the fiber had not been finished yet and it would take a little bit longer. I have received no information and have had to constantly try follow up on the issue. A month ago I was told I would recieve a call from two departments sometime that week and I have still yet to recieve a call. Over 4 months and no information about the 1 year contract I've signed up for, its a joke. I have tried contacting the person who was helping me and have had no response for over two weeks. I have been with Mweb for years but this is a disgrace. I would like to say the sales consultant who I have corresponded with has tried to help me, and this is Mwebs fault not his.</p>
