Worst Service I have ever experienced

This is the worst experience we have ever received. I installed my line a week ago. There is still no connection I have spent hours on the phone and nobody can tell me whats wrong except fo a robotic response of well get back to you in 24-48 hours! I feel absolutely helpless as NOBODY at Mweb can assist me
