Worst service From MWEB ever

I have had the worst experience with Mweb, I ordered Fiber 2 months ago and have heard nothing since. everyone in my street is getting their Fiber installed within 2 weeks of ordering through VOX and the 2 fools that decided to order through MWEB have been sitting for months with nothing. To make things worse there is no way to follow up with Mweb because when you call the automated system asks for your number so that they can call you back and guess what, no one ever calls back. You can go online to check the status or log a query but you need to get an OTP first, Guess what the OPT never arrives.....Pathetic service I wouldn't recommend this provider in a million years. I think I must just order with VOX, I hear you get a real person that you can call to get updates from sounds amazing
