WORST SERVICE FROM MWEB!!!!!!!!!

Mweb has the worst customer service, your agents do not pick up the phone when you call and your live agents don’t respond on chat. I’ve been waiting for more than an 3 hour just connect to an agent, just for them to hang up on the call and I cannot be without connection to my business . I will be looking for an alternative WiFi . There’s no way I can use the services of a company that is unavailable to assist their consumers when their connection is down. Why are we paying for a service if they cant even assist us with issues.
