WORST SERVICE FROM MWEB

I have moved from vodacom to mweb and that was the biggest mistake made. there is no communication and to get hold of anyone to help is another issue.

i have made sure my B number is released (B***), but now theres yet another "error" which no one can explain. it has been a week now and i have made no progress. i also haven't received my rooter. this service is totally unacceptable and very frustrating and very dissapointing, i wish i could just cancel my whole order with mweb (order number Order No. X***)
