WORST SERVICE FROM MWEB

My Wi-Fi stopped working on the 15th of February, I immediately logged a call, and I was promised someone will call me, but no one called me until i called on Tuesday, 18th February (twice) On both occasions, I was told someone from Openserve will call me, but no one called. On Wednesday I called again (twice) but i was only called later in the afternoon a so-called manager, still promising to send someone out. Thursday, someone form Openserve came but could not fix because it was raining. He came again on Friday, to fix, BUT later in the evening the Wi-Fi stopped again, I logged a call but still promised someone will call me. Wi-Fi was eventually fixed the following Tuesday (9 days later) such *********** people and company. i was promised, that they will credit my 9 days of downtime, but ALL FALSE PROMISES, instead they deducted the full amount end of February. REALLY!!!! The amount of money I spent on buying data, travelling looking for wi-fi because I work from home and my daughter studies online, what an inconsiderate and inconvenience from Mweb, WHO WILL RE-IMBURSE MY MONEY DURING THE DOWNTIME!!!!
