ive have nver worked with such *********** people a few months back i took out an lte contract with Mweb from the moment the thing was delivered it has been a night mare on my billing part their contract stated that i will not be charged for delivery but when the bill comes im charged for billing i called to enquire im told by their billing department there is nothing we can do talk to sales i call sales and spoke to Aisha Koopman who then said Mr Zikhali i will call you back its a week now still no phone when you call you are placed on hold for more than 30mins and to me this is bull**** they will end up seing the other side of me which they wont like this so *********** for a company that claims they have the best interest of their client at heart this Aisha Koopman is nothing but a ***** and a **** from word go i asked to debit my account on the 15th which she said it has been set and they keep on coming to my account on the 1st so my question is who is liable for all this
