Worst service

Worst service I have ever had just joined and already issues I will be cancelling as I don’t understand why I have to pay for a service if they cannot let me know when I will have network I was told we have fibre line that’s ready with now issues now they say there is infrastructure issues and they can’t tell me if it will be resolved I will not pay a cent until I have this resolved I will not pay for something I’m not using
