Worst service

This is the worst service ever. I app**** for fibre on the 23rd September, payment is made and no-one is contacting me either from MWEB or Vumatel to do the installation. No communication from MWEB or Vumatel. This is really frustrating because one of the consultant said for us to get fibre we have to cancel LTE which we did. We are working and studying from home and now thanks to Vumatel and MWEB I have to buy data daily, will I be refunded for the money I've used for data thus far???? I feel like I've been ****med because it seems like no one knows what is happening or I paid for a service that will never happen
