Terrible Service Experience with Mweb

I am writing to express my disappointment in the service I have received from Mweb, from the day I purchased a router from your company and was promised that it would be delivered within 48. However, it took more than two weeks for the router to arrive.

When I finally received the router, I struggled to get assistance with the activation process. It has been five days since then and my router is still not activated. The last reference number I was given I can't even remember it, i have been given so many reference number I even lost count all of them unfortunately, has not yielded any results.

This has been the worst service experience I have encountered with Mweb. As a loyal customer, I expected better service from your company. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation.

I would appreciate it if you could urgently look into this matter and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible.
