Worst service ever received is by Mweb. Dont go down this road ppl, you will regret it.

I have a lot of negative feedback to give about Mweb. I have never come a such a poorly run company, other that dstv are in the same lower class as mweb. No connection. Passing the buck, blaming other companies. "fo not recieve" emails or info. Fo not follow up on emails sent, calls made. Keep passing the blame, again really weak of them. Keep putting you on hold, or cutting you off. Empty promises, so I.e. liers Say they will send codes to reconnect, bit dont...again...*****. Hundreds of rands waisted on calls. The 1 employee does not know what the other is doing, or done. When you tell them you are going to complain on social media, they accept it and say ok, thank you?? Wow. if I treated my clients line mweb treat us, I would be out of business. I guess there are standards, then there is just rock bottom? It wont take long, they will fall soon.
