worst service ever received

The worst service I have ever received, Currently worse than Telkom service and that's pretty hard to beat. I have been calling Mweb for a month every single day for no less than 2-3 hours regarding fibre than has not yet been installed which they continue to give me the run around with. Not to mention the long waiting time just for a call to be answered, only for it to cut once someone finally does answer. I was told that my query has been "escalated" twice already but i still have not received any feedback other than a lousy sms saying that there is a problem. Not a single consultant is able to assist in sorting this said"problem" out. the most pathetic service i have ever received from ANY service provider ever. judging by the amount of bad reviews and lack of interest in their clients once an order has been placed i highly do not recommend Mweb and will find any way possible to cancel this service, or lack there of in fact. I would rather pay double than deal with Mweb in future.
