Worst Service Ever From MWEB

My name is Sibongile Nhlapo cell ***, this is absolutely bull****, pathetic and worst service ever, my VUMA has been disconnected because of issues MWEB has with my bank not because I didn't pay so why must I be disconnected. I'm working from home and now my work is affected because of issues that I have nothing to do with me. All this done without showing a decency to communicate with me either by email, sms, or a call. Reconnect me now or come disconnect this router of yours (I'll move to a more professional provider) because clearly each and every month this is a problem I'll have with you.
