Worst service ever from Mweb

My fiber not been working the entire day and has been off several times this week which I reported via the app, I tried to lig a new query but couldn't because the old queries weren't closed I tried to call the technical support but got cut off after reaching caller 1 and over a half hour later. My daughter called for me after another half hours waiting and a joined conversation with technical support they before sorting out my query just cut me off. This is the worst service ever !!!
