WORST SERVICE EVER FROM MWEB

I REALLY WISH I COULD TURN BACK THE TIME AND NOT WASTE IT ON TRYING TO JOIN SUCH A USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER. It is absolutely mind boggling to think that a company can survive on such poor customer service. 2 weeks, over 10 calls, 3hours on the phone and still not connected. No one ever phones you back, not even management. And there is no way of getting in contact with anyone besides a ticket that can be logged, but turn around time is always 72 hours. I am still waiting on a phone call from a manager (She-earl) from 4 days ago. I have no hope and would like to be contacted regarding a refund I requested.
