Worst service ever!!!

I have made the worst decision to ever joined Mweb. I signed up in the beginning of May the sales Agent Sabri was very quick to want to get me signed up making promises and telling lies. They ask me to send them pictures of the Vumatel set up. Just to find out there is no ONT box. Mweb came to deliver the router a week later activated the service but there is no ONT box to plug the router in. Was told Vumatel will come and install it. Its a Month later am am still waiting. Calling and using that chat box that is the worst no ever responds in time you will get responds after 3 hours .. Then you still get agents like Aziz that very rude and sarcastic. When you call you wait for an hour yet they answer an cut the line. If ever you thinking of getting fibre never choose Mweb.. You will be sorry.. There is no office you can go to and no one will ever assist you. I am going to report them to the ombudsman and Ncc . The worst service ever.
