Worst service ever endured from Mweb

The service I received from mweb the service is terrible. Starting with their app and their internal process.I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.I orfered a Telkom Sim only on the 30th and was told it will be delivered in 5 days. Today when I phoned to get an update they indicated I must wait for another 5 days.On application they indicated they deliver in 5 days from application date.I don't normally write reviews on bad service but mweb are to blame.
