Worst service ever

Had the worst customer service with Mweb to reactivate my account. Was **** to and after numerous calls still no luck after they messed up the reactivation by putting it through as a new order while they admit it th one **** by saying it will be activated within an hour an the 2nd agent within a day. The 3rd aent Siphosethu could care as she was nonchalant about my struggles to reconnect and to date no manager has called me back after requesting to speak to a manager and being refused
