WORST SERVICE EVER

i am very unhappy about the service that I'm receiving i called in this morning and they were quick to answer I requested a call back within the hour and NO call back i have tried calling back and now the call keeps saying DUE TO UNFORCEEN CERCOMSTANCES WE CAN NOT TAKE YOUR CALL and the the phone dies I have called in now about 10 times this is the worst service I have ever received and i worked for a ISP and this is absolute bull

They have switched off my internet and does not want to switch it on before i pay a prorate (does not want to give me proof of why what were and how) payment i asked for 3 months ago for a payment arrangement and nobody has called me back and now its my fault ????

i pay every month on time my monthly fee without a problem, i just need someone to make an arrangement of a payment i must pay they i assembly gave consent about to pay it off i don't have a issue with paying it and now they put the internet off and its my Fault!!!!!!!!

i have been waiting for them to give me a call back since 2024-05-30 about a query and no body got back to me and now they suspend my WIFI ??????BECAUSE SOMEONE DIS NOT DO THERE JOBBBBBB!!!!!!

When i eventually got a hold of them they kept talking over me and not giving me a chance to talk and the PUT TH PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR
