WORST SERVICE EVER

WORSTE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fiber line keeps disconnecting. Call around 4 time's a day and still haven't been fixed People are unhelpful and evens when I've phoned several times a day they still insist on having to authenticity every single time I phone. I'm not changing any setting or details I'm just asking for your service to be checked and FIXED They confirm they can see I've phoned several minutes before but yet I must jump through hoops just to get you to check why your service isn't working
