WORST SERVICE EVER

So we only have 10 meg fibre lines available these days thay was the case for me 3 weeks ago i had a 5 meg line which was discontinued and i got disconnected without prior notice i did not know that was going to happen 3 years ago when i installed my line and went with metrofibre then the day i phoned them after my line was cut i did not take the upgrade because it is more than double the price than what i was paying its crazy.... anyways i now found out 3 companies provide internet in my area mweb... metrofibre and vuma so i dont have much of choice here... so i choose mweb for connection thinking its a known internet provider and would be on point acting as fast as their sales goes also being my installation was already done 3 years ago so all i need now is activation... when i made the call i get my (ts and cs free) modem the next day and phoned mweb as instructed then they told me i must wait 48 hours for activation and 3 weeks later i am still on the waiting list what i do not understand is i work in a mechanics shop and we have set hours for a job and it takes me 8 hours to assemble a fully functioning motor from all the little bits and pieces to it starting on the bench i can rebuild 5 motors in 5 days its take 3 weeks and still waiting for mweb to give me my internet its insane how long this 48 hours has turned out to be
