Worst Service Ever!!!

I signed up for fibre installation with MWEB on July 1, 2020. The amount of R399.00 was immediately deducted from my bank account. To this day, a technician has not been here for any installation. I have not seen or heard anything from MWEB. After numerous calls and callbacks promised, I've sill heard nothing from MWEB. This is truly the most pathetic service I've ever experienced and I would like my money back. When I post this on their facebook page. I receive an apology and told to inbox them. They've stopped replying to my facebook messages July 30, 2020. I have since switched to Afrihost
