Worst service ever!!!

I really struggled to get through to Mweb for the past 5 days... I cancelled my contract with them and I'm struggling to get through to an agent to disconnect the like so that another service provider can take over.

I've spent about 4 hours on hold each day and the line cuts off when I'm through to someone. I'm at my wits end with this company.

I just want them to disconnect my line so I can have internet. The number is never answered and when you do speak to someone, they are quick to cut you off without assisting you

You send emails and no one even acknowledges that email... I'm really frustrated --- I would not recommended this service to anyone!!!
