Worst Service ever

I paid them on the 24 June 2025 informing them about my horrible experience with flycool which is also under Vumatel which I have been waiting for a technician since 17 march with no avail And Mweb promised to sort me out only if I ask flycool to release my line which i did So I have been having the same experience from them and I have to do all the calling which cost me so much airtime since they keep on transferring my call to another consultant and end up being airtimeless😡😡I then got hold of some guy the other day telling me that if my wifi isn’t working I’ll have to Pauly R900 for them to fix it im so annoyedand I again lost my money paying Vumatel company with no internet 😡😡
