Worst service ever

I placed my order on the 15th of February they said the router would take 5-7 days to deliver we are now on the 1 march, I've sent emails, I've made calls I'm being ignored, the only department that answers is sales and when they transfer you to other departments the phones are not answered, I was given a "supervisor" phone number, no one ever answered, I'm basically fighting with ghosts, the only email I received back to tell me when and how much I would pay.to anyone out save yourself don't work with Mweb. They have no one who knows what to do except get sales, after you agreed to pay, they literally not a single person who can help there system are literally geared to make sure they take your money while the tie you up in fully ignoring you.
