Worst service ever

The worst service provider ever. I called in August to change my debit date and even then I had to call the following day because I waited and waited for a link that was never sent to me. I confirmed.on the 2nd call that the debit date was changed to the 16th of each month. This month they decided to debit on the 1st I dont know why. I had to call 3 times to have my connection reatored and still nothing after a week no call, no follow up nothing. Completely useless and unreliable
