Worst service ever

Worst experience in my entire life, I ordered fibre on the 11th December 2025 and today its the 2nd Jan 2026. I told them I'm working from home and till t9day it has not been delivered. I work night shift therefore I had to take leave to accommodate all this and compromised my job. I'm so disappointed 😞 as for their WhatsApp AI generated chats it's the worst
