Worst service ever and consultants do not know what they're doing

None of the MWEB consultants know what they're doing. I've been sent from pillar to post and all I'm trying to do is get a fibre line active. I've never received such terrible service before. How can everyone working at your company not have an idea of what they're doing? Pathetic!
