worst service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad service, calls take to long to get answered, i have tried correcting my details online, but the details are all mixed up, not one can fix the online account and the actual online service never works.... how is this supposed to be on line, if nothing works properly.

Are you competing with Telkom to see who get the worst service award???
