Worst Service Ever

The worst experience ever. I am new tenant and only Vumatel service the area. Mweb our service provider said could not arrange a new service since old tenant did not cancel service. I obtained the combination between the old tenant and Vuma Tell. Agree to fact that she still have the router but does not utilize the service and will return router by 20th. I just get combination sorry cant provide me with service need old service to be canceled. The previous contract is not on my name. I am the new tenant and nobody talk to you. Please people we need to make sure people do not treat us like dirt. We pay for service. In the mean time I am unable to be productive.
