WORST SERVICE EVER

Still no feedback . worst service ever . they say they waiting for Vuma . but Vuma didnt even recieved the ticket to move . if you call you wait for 3 hours before someone answer the phone then gets transfers from one team to the next and notheing gets resolved . i will never use MWEB ever again as a ISP . Nothing gets done at all and no one gets back to you . mabe they have a policy in place where they not allowed to call you back .
