Worst service ever!

I have been without internet for a month now. They came to install the Fibre but it is still not working. Now they said they need access to my property again, which means more time off work! And to top it all off, they dug up the paving and knocked a hole in the wall and just left it like that! I want to cancel my order and they must come fetch their equipment that doesn't work.
