Worst service Ever

Mweb Business I have been with you guys since begining of time, but the service level has dropped incredibly, bad turn around times, bad customer service, geting penalized unnecessarily. Making promises that cannot be kept, you guys have become useless as a service provider and I am appauled by the lack of interest in your customer and the failuire to provide me with any feedback.

All in all, I am left with paying for a fibre service i cannot use. I am just done with trying to find assistance from you guys. I asked to be called back the operator justs ignores me, I call to speak to this person and apperently only they can phone me.

I aksed to speak to a manager this was also ignored. You guys are just full of **** right now. The person I am dealing with now details below
