Worst service ever

Pathetic service, please don't use this provider. I ordered a subscription and I started getting billed, but I haven't even received a router yet so obviously the Internet isn't working. Tried calling to no avail, tweeting to no avail, till now still no response after a whole month. Now I'm trying to cancel and still no response so I can't even cancel and I'm still being billed. Useless, just don't bother with them
