Worst Service Ever

The service of MWEB IS THE WORST!!!!!!!! I did get a email that from the end of october they are changing the CELL C contract to Telkom and i need to upgrade my product to telkom i upgraded online. Okay so after almost a month iam still waiting for my product to be delivered . I cant get hold of any when i phone in no one answers i tryed this for 4 days to get throug to someone toe assit me today i got hold of someone she told me to hold the line for 12- 20 min i was holding and then i just got cut off. I wonder how on earth am i supposed to upgrade my product ?
