Worst service ever

We took out wifi by Mweb on the 10March it's the 12th today and the wifi is still not working we have contacted them asking them why we can't connect and why is it not working they saying the wifi is working it's shows on their side .The consultants by the call centre are pathetic and unprofessional we are paying for something that we can't use.They quick to take your money but not quick to assist and see how they can solve your problem.They are bad for business stay away unreliable.
