Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!

19 days and still waiting to be connected, worst ISP ever. I was thinking of changing when I moved but then thought to give them a second chance , worst mistake ever!.....I’m now waiting to be connected and all they have to do is activate my line (installation and splicing is done). I need to work from home with this whole quarantine situation and I can’t even get connected. I rather get the virus and DIE!.
