Worst ****** Service Ever

Ok guys, I now need assistance because this is realy rediculous now!! It's been a week now since the call centre agent called me and told me that my card is activated and that both the Rica fee's will be credited, yet today I get my invoice and looking at the amount, I've been charged for it again...never the less, my sim is still not active which means I'm paying for a LTE sim which is not active, since middle February. Can you please sort this out before close of business 28 March or I'll report the matter to the Consumer Protector. My Account Details: ***5
