Worst service ever

I have being battling with mweb and my internet for the 4 months i cannot play any online games it lags ping is upto 1300 . They cant seem to find the problem but yet they tell me I must still pay the full amount due according to them ive had full usage of the internet it takes 10 mins to open one page it lags all my games they cant give me answer but yet they just their money and Im sitting with messed up internet. What must I do just to get decent internet around here i already recommended 2 people to mweb and will never do that again. And yet they also tell me it could the game that is lagging which cant be my son and friend have the exact same internet as me and they dont lag at all also with mweb. So there is somethi g wrong by mweb on my line and I want answers and I want credit aswel . worst service ever disgusted in mweb.
