Worst service ever

We moved and we have been waiting 3 weeks, this service is the worst, I have spent over R1000 on data and now I still need to pay for my WiFi which I still don't have. They say it's easy to do a move request but it never happens... And every time someone says that we will have our WIFI ready. This is just a toxic circle of lies.

If we don't have our internet by the end of today we are cancelling this contract and moving. Everytime we want to cancel someone sweet talks us and it never happens.
