Worst service ever!

I took up Mweb's offer to move our Telkom line to them so that they can look after our whole account. Since that has been done, the internet has not been working properly. So many escalation and don't know what else. My wife works from home - or is trying to and without internet access she cannot work. The amount and time spent on calls with Mweb is also becoming ridiculous. I have given them now more than two months to sort this out! I pay a lot of money for what - no internet or service?
