Worst Service ever

I have been experiencing a slow connection. So I phoned mweb and asked them what the problem is with my Internet. We reset my Router and done some speedtest and it looked fine but as soon as I put the phone down my problem started again. When my son or wife plays and I want to post something on Facebook the games lag and they cant play. My internet never gave me this problem. I cant take it any more.
