Worst Service EVER

Trying to contact MWEB Technical Team, have been spending 55Minutes on my phone trying to get hold of Mweb Technical Support and everytime the call gets dropped. Internet has been off most of the time, but when it gets time to debit my account, they debit the whole premium, and no refund on airtime! Pathetic!
