WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I have been trying to terminate my contract with Mweb - the most frustrating situation you can imaginne. First I could not find anything on their website or app as to how and where to do it. I wanted to do it before month end in case I have to give a months notice. I then tried to phone them - I was waiting for an assistant for more that 15 min whilst being told that I am first in line, with no luck. I phoned a second time - this time I was told that I am 7th in the line. I waited for 46 minutes - then again being nr 1 in line for 10 min with no one answering again!!! After another 50 minutes I stopped trying. I still do not know how to cancell the account and never got through to a representative!
