Worst service ever

I spent 2 days trying to get reconnect my Fibre services with them, calling and waiting for half and hour to get through the agent for them to transfer to another department and join another queue. And when I finally got through again they place you on hold until you exhaust your airtime.It's so frustrating to say the least, no one is willing to assist. It's as if they don't know what they're doing and their clearly under staffed. I'm very disappointed, this was the last stroke for me
